Newcastle United is inviting fans and the wider public to relive the club’s unforgettable Carabao Cup journey through a unique new art installation hosted at Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art this August.

The free-to-attend Road to Wembley installation runs from Friday 22 August- Monday 25 August 2025 and offers a rare behind-the-scenes look at the Magpies’ historic 2024/25 season - the club’s first domestic trophy in seven decades.

The immersive exhibition combines powerful imagery, audio, and film to take visitors on an emotional journey from the pitch to the parade. It includes over 100 documentary-style photographs capturing unforgettable match moments, the passion of supporters, and the sheer scale of the 300,000-strong homecoming celebrations.

The Carabao Cup will also be on public display, taking pride of place in the gallery. Accompanied by the victory parade bus - situated on Baltic Square on specific days during the showcase – the display is a must-see for fans, families and the wider public.

• A public display of the Carabao Cup trophy, allowing supporters to see the silverware up close. The Cup will be on display from 22 August through to 3pm on 25 August, with the exhibition remaining open until 6pm on the final day.
• Immersive set designs that recreate Newcastle’s streets and the atmosphere of St. James’ Park
• Fan-focused audio installations, featuring interviews, terrace chants, and commentary from the unforgettable cup run
• The club’s open-top parade bus, on show on Baltic Square
